ONE-TANK™ Warranty Terms

COVERAGE

ONE-TANK™ guarantees that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, as outlined below.

WARRANTY PERIOD
  • Standard Products: 60 months from the date of purchase from ONE-TANK or an authorized distributor.
  • Battery Life Warranty (Satellite): 60 months or 2,000 transmissions, whichever occurs first.
ONE-TANK PROMISE

If a defect occurs within the 60-month warranty window, ONE-TANK will either:

  • Repair the defective product or component.
  • Replace the defective product or component with a new or refurbished item.
EXCLUSIONS

This warranty DOES NOT COVER:

  • Accessory Items: Gauges, dials, and computer accessories purchased from other manufacturers. These items may be covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
  • Improper Use:
    • Damage resulting from:
      • Carelessness, misuse, or neglect.
      • Exposure to liquid fuel spills.
      • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Environmental Factors:
    • Network service issues.
    • Acts of God (fire, flood, etc.).
  • Consequential and Incidental Damages:
    • Fuel runouts.
    • Equipment malfunctions.
    • Loss of profit.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

These warranties are expressly outlined above. All implied warranties are limited to a period of 60 months*.

*Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties.

FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM

To obtain warranty service:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Call ONE-TANK Customer Service at (314) 910-0839. A representative will help diagnose the issue.
  2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): If the claim cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  3. Return the Product: Securely package the product, including the RMA number, and ship it prepaid to the address provided in the instructions. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
AFTER PRODUCT RETURN

ONE-TANK will assess whether the claim is covered by the warranty:

  • If the warranty applies, the product will be repaired or replaced, and returned to you at no cost.
  • If the warranty does not apply, we will notify you and you may choose to pay for repairs or replacement.
YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state of residence.
